Morgan Facility definition

Morgan Facility means the Amended and Restated Master Loan and Secuxxxx Agreement, dated as of November 26, 2003, by and among AHMC, AHMIC, AHMA, AHMH, CNI, the Lenders from time parties thereto and Morgan Stanley Mortgage Capital Inc. r.
