Mortgage Securitization definition

Mortgage Securitization means a public or private offering of securities by Mortgage Lender or any of its Affiliates or their respective successors and assigns which are collateralized, in whole or in part, by the Mortgage Loan.
Mortgage Securitization means the creation of securities, as defined in the Securities Act, that represent an interest in, or obligations backed by, a mortgage or a discrete pool of mortgages. O. Reg. 407/07, s. 13 (2).
