Mortgaged Properties Security Instruments definition

Mortgaged Properties Security Instruments means mortgages or deeds of trust, as applicable, necessary to create a first and prior lien in favor of Agent with respect to the Mortgaged Properties, including but not limited to those mortgages and deeds of trust that have been executed and delivered in favor of Agent pursuant to or in connection with the Initial Credit Agreement or the Existing Credit Agreement, as they have been or may be amended from time to time, as described in part on the attached Exhibit G.
Mortgaged Properties Security Instruments means mortgages or deeds of trust, as applicable, necessary to create a first and prior lien in favor of Agent with respect to the Mortgaged Properties, including but not limited to those mortgages and deeds of trust that have been executed and delivered in favor of Agent pursuant to or in connection with the Original Credit Agreement, as they have been or may be amended from time to time, as described in part on the attached Exhibit H.

  • The Agent reserves the right to require Borrower to amend each of the Mortgaged Properties Security Instruments, and to deliver any Mortgaged Property Documents required by Agent at Borrower’s cost and expense, to further evidence that they secure payment of Term Loan B and each of the Notes executed and delivered in connection therewith.

  • Security Instruments means, collectively, (a) the Mortgages, (b) the Transfer Letters, (c) the Pledge Agreements, (d) the Security Agreements, (e) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with the Pledge Agreements, the Security Agreements, or the Mortgages, (f) each agreement, instrument or document executed in connection with the Cash Collateral Account; and (g) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with securing the Obligations.

  • Mortgage Instruments means such title reports, ALTA title insurance policies (with endorsements), evidence of zoning compliance, property insurance, flood certifications and flood insurance (and, if applicable FEMA form acknowledgements of insurance), opinions of counsel, ALTA surveys, appraisals, environmental assessments and reports, mortgage tax affidavits and declarations and other similar information and related certifications as are requested by, and in form and substance reasonably acceptable to, the Administrative Agent from time to time.

  • Collateral Assignments means, collectively, the Assignment of the Development Agreement, and the Assignment of Management Agreement, the Assignment of the Right to Receive Tax Credits, Capital Contributions and Partnership Interests, each in form and substance satisfactory to the Significant Bondholder and the Financial Monitor and as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time with the prior written consent of the Significant Bondholder.

  • Existing Mortgages means each of the mortgages, deeds of trust or other agreements made pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement by any Loan Party in favor of the Agent for the benefit of the Agent and the Lenders.

  • Subject Property means any premises located in the County on which an energy efficiency improvements, water efficiency improvements, or renewable resource applications are being or have been made and financed through an outstanding PACE loan.
