MPUC Regulatory Settlement definition

MPUC Regulatory Settlement means the settlements and compromises by and among FairPoint, the Representative of the MPUC and the Maine Office of the Public Advocate as set forth on the regulatory settlement attached hereto as Exhibit D.

  • As long as the Regulatory Settlement remains in effect in Maine, and subject in all respects to Section 4.4 of the MPUC Regulatory Settlement, on the Effective Date FairPoint shall reimburse the reasonable out-of-pocket expenses and costs of the MPUC and the Maine Public Advocate in connection with the Chapter 11 Cases.

  • PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Operating Agreement, section 3.3. PJM Tariff, Xxxxxx, O.A.T.T., OATT or PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff: “PJM Tariff,” “Tariff,” “O.A.T.T.,” “OATT,” or “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff” shall mean that certain PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter.   • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.

  • Regulatory Approval means, with respect to a Product in any country or jurisdiction, any approval (including where required, pricing and reimbursement approvals), registration, license or authorization from a Regulatory Authority in a country or other jurisdiction that is necessary to market and sell such Product in such country or jurisdiction.
