MSA Payments definition

MSA Payments means, for any Test Period, any payments to a Managed Practice or providers, physicians or other medical doctors affiliated with a Managed Practice under Management Services Agreements, in each case, made by the Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries during such Test Period.
