MSC Product definition
MSC Product means a Covered allogeneic or autologous cell therapy product comprising MSCs for use in the Field to be identified by Licensee in accordance with Section 4.1. MSC Products expressly exclude any product comprising Covered cells that are not MSCs except where such cells are present in inconsequential amounts and do not contribute appreciably to the potency, function, activity, or stability of the product
MSC Product means a product, process or service in the Cartilage Therapy Area or the Bone Therapy Area and containing non-transduced or transduced MSCs, or cells derived from isolated MSCs which have been differentiated in vitro into a specific lineage.
MSC Product has the meaning ascribed thereto in the License Agreement.

MSC Product means (i) an MSC(s) or its committed lineage descendant(s) or differentiated cells obtained therefrom and/or (ii) any product, material, or composition for identification, maintenance, growth, proliferation, regulation, recovery, separation, purification, commitment or differentiation of MSCs or their committed progenitors, or (iii) any cell that is produced through use of an MSC or its committed lineage descendants.
