MSEA definition

MSEA or “the Union”) desire to establish a constructive, cooperative and harmonious relationship; to avoid any interruption or interference with the operations of the employer; to promote effective service and quality of work life towards the accomplishment of the educational mission of the Board; and to establish an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences; this Agreement is entered into by the parties.
MSEA and "Exclusive Representative" shall mean the Minnesota School Employees Association or its designated representatives.
MSEA means Micro & and Small Enterprise Authority established under the Micro and Small Enterprises Act(No. 55 of 2012), which is a government body charged with registration and development of groups of micro and small enterprises.
