MSP Response File definition

MSP Response File is a data set transmitted from CMS to an Employer after the data supplied in the Employer’s MSP Input File has been processed. The MSP Response File is the CMS reply to the data supplied or information sought in the MSP Input File. Not used in this Non-MSP Data Exchange.
