MSRP List definition

MSRP List. With the bid, respondent shall provide one (1) applicable, current, complete, and separate MSRP List (as defined under Section 3.3(n)) for each Product Groups and Manufacturer / Brand Name offered under Section 7.1 & 7.2, Price Sheet & Ordering Instructions. Therefore, multiple MSRP Lists may be required (e.g., by Product Groups and Manufacturer / Brand Name). The MSRP List will include the Manufacturer’s Item Number, Manufacturer’s Item Description, and MSRP for only and each of the Manufacturer / Brand Name and Commodity Group’s applicable Base Equipment; OEM Options, Accessories, & Implements; and OEM Parts offered. The MSRP List must include the applicable Commodity Group, Manufacturer / Brand Name, MSRP List Name, and will be provided in Section 7.1, Price Sheet, in the areas provided. The Supporting Documents shall be mailed to the Department per Section 3.1 of the solicitation. Failure to provide accurate and compliant Supporting Documents with the Response will result in the Respondent being deemed non-responsive.

Examples of MSRP List in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall be responsible for removing all non-eligible and unacceptable Commodities under the Contract from the Contractor’s MSRP List.

  • MSRP List – The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price List, a collection of MSRPs and related information broken down by specific Commodities.

  • The Contractor may add products to the MSRP List at any time during the life of the Contract by submitting a complete and revised MSRP List.

  • The Department shall be the final arbiter of MSRPs if an MSRP on the Contractor’s MSRP List differs from the published MSRP.

  • The Contractor may update the existing product’s MSRPs on the MSRP List by submitting a complete and revised MSRP List for Department review and approval.

  • The MSRP List shall include the following for each Commodity: The Manufacturer/Brand Model Number, the Manufacturer/Brand Item Description, and the MSRP.

  • The Contractor may update existing product’s MSRPs on the MSRP List to match the MSRPs published by the Manufacturer no earlier than twelve (12) months after the start date of the Contract and, thereafter, or no earlier than twelve (12) months after the date of the previous MSRP update.

  • The Commodities listed on the product sheet must match the Commodities listed on the MSRP List.

  • The Contractor shall ensure that Dealers remain current with the Contractor’s authorized Commodities and MSRP List.

  • The Contractor shall include a cover page, which shall provide the applicable Group, Sub-Group (for Groups that include Sub-Groups), Manufacturer/Brand Name, and MSRP List date.

Related to MSRP List

  • DQ List has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.04(e)(iv).

  • Open Item List means a list of work activities, Punchlist items, changes or other issues that are not expected by Owner and Contractor to be complete prior to Substantial Completion.

  • Eligible List means an official record kept in the Commissioner's office as a public record which contains the names of those persons who have successfully completed examinations, listed and ranked in order of their final ratings from the highest to the lowest rank.

  • Class List means a complete list of all Class Members that Defendant will

  • Recall List as used in this Agreement means the list of employees who are laid off from employment with the City or removed from their position by reason of a reduction in the size of the workforce, and who retain a right to return to their prior job classification pursuant to the terms of the Labor Agreement and/or Civil Service rules.

  • Waiting list means the list of selected candidates waiting for appointment;

  • State Sanctions List means a list that is adopted by any state Governmental Authority within the United States of America pertaining to Persons that engage in investment or other commercial activities in Iran or any other country that is a target of economic sanctions imposed under U.S. Economic Sanctions Laws.

  • SDN List means the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List maintained by OFAC.

  • Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.

  • OFAC SDN List means the list of the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons maintained by OFAC.

  • Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.

  • Sanctions List means the “Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons” list maintained by OFAC, the Consolidated List of Financial Sanctions Targets and the Investment Ban List maintained by HMT, or any similar list maintained by, or public announcement of Sanctions designation made by, any of the Sanctions Authorities.

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Active list means a list of active electors maintained pursuant to 13-2-220.

  • Customer List means a list of the Borrower’s customers, specifying each customer’s name, mailing address and phone number.

  • Short-List means the list of Persons that the Department determines are the best highly qualified potential Design-Builders for the Project, based on an evaluation of the SOQs submitted by such Persons.

  • Event data recorder (EDR) means a device or function in a vehicle that records the vehicle's dynamic, time-series data during the time period just prior to an event (e.g., vehicle speed vs. time) or during a crash event (e.g., delta-V vs. time), intended for retrieval after the crash event. For the purposes of this definition, the event data does not include audio and video data.

  • Exclusion List means the HHS/OIG List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) (available through the Internet at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx).

  • Central KYC Records Registry (CKYCR) means an entity defined under Rule 2(1) of the Rules, to receive, store, safeguard and retrieve the KYC records in digital form of a customer.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • OFAC List means the list of specially designated nationals and blocked persons subject to financial sanctions that is maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department, Office of Foreign Assets Control and accessible through the internet website xxx.xxxxx.xxx/xxxx/x00xxx.xxx.

  • User Manual means the user guide, Help Guide, documentation provided with the Software, updated agreements provided on the website of Quick Heal (xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx), explanatory or other materials as provided from time to time by Quick Heal.

  • Inactive list means a list of inactive electors maintained pursuant to 13-2-220 or 13-19-313.

  • Master Account Approval List means the list of Attendee reservations and Dates which the Judicial Council has authorized the Contractor to xxxx associated sleeping room charges and tax against the Judicial Council’s Master Account.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Primary Listing means the single White Pages directory listing for residence and business Customers provided by CBT, and the basic Yellow Pages directory listing provided for business Customers by Publisher. Each telephone configuration that allows a terminating call to xxxx for an available line among a series of lines shall be considered a single Customer entitled to a single primary listing.
