MTN Programme definition

MTN Programme means (i) the European MTN Programme and (ii) the US$900,000,000 of notes (including, without limitation, the USD Notes) issued by Blue Finance BV prior to the Signing Date.
MTN Programme means the medium term note programme created by the Issuer on or about the date of this Reimbursement Agreement under which it may from time to time issue MTNs.
MTN Programme means the Silver Funding Limited €800,000,000 asset-backed euro medium term note programme; MTN Programme Agreement means the agreement dated on or before the MTN Closing Date between the MTN Issuer and the MTN Dealers named therein (or deemed named therein), the European Receivables Warehouse Company, the Master Purchasers and the Parent, concerning the purchase of MTNs to be issued pursuant to the MTN Programme together with any agreement for the time being in force amending, replacing, novating or modifying such agreement and any accession letters and/or agreements supplemental thereto; MTN Programme Limit means, €800,000,000 or such other greater amount as may be agreed pursuant to Clause 12 of the MTN Programme Agreement;

Examples of MTN Programme in a sentence

  • It is hereby agreed that the resignation of the Retiring Trustee as Trustee for the MTN Programme and the resignation of the Retiring Security Trustee as Security Trustee for the MTN Programme shall take effect upon the Effective Date.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, each of the Retiring Trustee and the Retiring Security Trustee shall remain at all times prior to the Effective Date, entitled to and be bound by all its rights, benefits, title, interests, obligations and liabilities as the trustee and security trustee for the MTN Programme.

  • Other than intra-group loan arrangements with the E.ON AG Group and other than the MTN Programme, there are no financial facilities (including but not limited to loans, derivatives and hedging arrangements) outstanding or available to the Group Companies as at the date of this Agreement.

MTN Programme means the Silver Funding Limited €800,000,000 asset-backed euro medium term note programme; MTN Programme Agreement means the agreement dated 18 July 2002 (as amended and restated from time to time) between the MTN Issuer and the MTN Dealers named therein (or deemed named therein), the European Receivables Warehouse Company, the Master Purchasers and the Parent, concerning the purchase of MTNs to be issued pursuant to the MTN Programme together with any agreement for the time being in force amending, replacing, novating or modifying such agreement and any accession letters and/or agreements supplemental thereto; MTN Programme Limit means, €800,000,000 or such other greater amount as may be agreed pursuant to Clause 12 of the MTN Programme Agreement;
MTN Programme means the Silver Funding Limited €800,000,000 asset-backed euro medium term note programme;
MTN Programme means the Medium Term Notes Programme (up to £3,000,000,000) established by Central Networks East plc and Central Networks West plc pursuant to a prospectus dated 26 November 2010;

Related to MTN Programme

  • Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 10.1 (iii);

  • the Programme means the programme leading to the Degree of Master of Laws – LL.M – in International Maritime Law;

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.

  • Acid Rain Program means the sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides air pollution control program established pursuant to Title IV of the Act under 40 CFR Parts 72-78.
