Multiple Passengers definition
Multiple Passengers means that more than one patient is transported on the same request for 10 services. Multiple passenger bills shall be submitted on County Form F272-01.1841 and attached 11 together in order to preclude the possibility of billing mileage more than once for one (1) authorized 12 request for services. 13
