Multiple Residential Dwelling definition

Multiple Residential Dwelling means any building used for residential purposes consisting of more than four dwelling units with individual kitchen facilities for each. “Multiple Family Dwelling” includes the “R-M” Manufactured Home Residential District.
Multiple Residential Dwelling means a building containing three or more dwelling units.
Multiple Residential Dwelling means a dwelling in which more than one family resides.

  • Residential facility means a home or facility that is licensed by the department of developmental disabilities under section 5123.19 of the Revised Code and in which a child with a developmental disability resides.
