Must-Offer Obligation definition

Must-Offer Obligation or “MOO” means Seller’s obligation to Bid or cause Seller’s SC to Bid the DRAM Resource into the CAISO Markets based on the type of Product and in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.
Must-Offer Obligation has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.1(a).
Must-Offer Obligation means Seller’s obligation to Bid or cause Seller’s SC to Bid the DRAM Resource into the CAISO Markets based on the type of Product during the Availability Assessment Hours and in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.
