Mutual Agreement Termination definition

Mutual Agreement Termination means (i) a termination pursuant to the Northern Trust Corporation Severance Plan, (ii) a termination pursuant to an established country redundancy or severance policy (outside of the United States), or (iii) any other termination without Cause by your Employer providing transition/separation pay, provided in each case that in conjunction with such termination, you have executed, and not revoked during the period provided for therein, a binding and effective settlement agreement, waiver and release.
