MUTUAL COOPERATION definition

MUTUAL COOPERATION means cooperation and voluntary provision of resources, services, and facilities, particularly among neighboring regional, zonal and woreda administrations to assist each other when existing resources prove to be inadequate and there is a need for additional support.
MUTUAL COOPERATION. The Lessee shall cooperate with the Lessor and other tenants of the building in such matters as security, elevator use, lavatory cleaning and supplies, parking and other mutual concerns. The Lessor shall impose a reciprocal obligation on the other tenants by inclusion of similar language in any future lease agreements. The Lessor may make reasonable regulations to insure fair treatment for the Lessee and other tenants in the implementation of this section.
MUTUAL COOPERATION. The Parties hereto shall cooperate with each other to achieve the purpose of this Agreement, and shall execute such other and further documents and take such other and further actions as may be necessary or convenient to effect the transactions described herein.
