MVD Act definition

MVD Act means the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M42 as from time to time amended and every statue that may be substituted therefore and, in the case of such substitution, any references in the By-laws of the Corporation to provisions of the MVD Act shall be read as references to the substituted provisions therefore in the new statute or statutes;

  • IT Act means Income Tax Act, 1961 and rules and regulations made there under and shall include any statutory modification, amendment or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force;
