Certifying agency means the division of vocational rehabilitation of the department of education.
Accrediting agency means: an accreditor recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and whose scope of recognition, as specified by the U.S. Department of Education, includes Distance Education.
type-approval certificate means the document whereby the approval authority officially certifies that a type of vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit is approved;
Initial Certification As defined in Section 2.02(a) hereof.
Supplemental Certificate shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.03.
Final Certification As defined in Section 2.02(a) hereof.
Final Certificate in relation to the work shall mean the certificate regarding the satisfactory compliance, performance and fulfillment of all Contractual Obligations as issued by the Head of SBU & PC – Rock Phosphate.
Environmental Certificate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.1.
Notional Certificate Any Class A-IO Certificate.
Provisional certificate shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 12.2; “Punch List”shall have the meaning as set forth in Clause 12.2.1;
medical certificate means a certificate signed by a medical practitioner.
Executing Agency means any public authority, any public or private corporation as well as any organization recognized by the Parties and mandated to implement a specific Project financed under this Agreement;
Institutional Accredited Investor Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit G hereto.
Additional Certificates has the meaning specified in Section 8.01(d).
Certifying Certificateholder As defined in Section 5.07(a) of this Agreement.
Citizenship Certification means a properly completed certificate in such form as may be specified by the General Partner by which an Assignee or a Limited Partner certifies that he (and if he is a nominee holding for the account of another Person, that to the best of his knowledge such other Person) is an Eligible Citizen.
Federal Certifications means the “Certification Regarding Lobbying – Compliant with Appendix A to 24 C.F.R. Part 87” and Standard Form LLL, “Disclosure of Lobbying Activities,” also in Attachment B, attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes.
Requesting agency means the agency of state government that has requested a specific budget amendment.
Certifying entity means an independent certifying organization meeting the requirements in 10 CFR 34, Appendix A or an agreement state meeting the requirements in 10 CFR 34, Appendix A, Parts II and III.
Regulation S Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit E hereto.
Sponsoring agency means Sandia; "Federal Government" or "government," in connection with government agencies or government property, shall mean the United States of America.
Regulation S Global Certificate With respect to any Class of Book-Entry Non-Registered Certificates offered and sold to institutions that are non-United States Securities Persons in Offshore Transactions in reliance on Regulation S, a single global Certificate, or multiple global Certificates collectively, in definitive, fully registered form without interest coupon, each of which Certificates bears a Regulation S Legend.
Actuarial certification means a written statement by a member of the American Academy of
Official certificate means any form of certification, either written or print- ed (including that prescribed in § 58.18) used under the regulations in this sub- part to certify with respect to the in- spection of dairy processing plants and the inspection, class, grade, quality, size, quantity, or condition of products (including the compliance of products and packaging material with applica- ble specifications).
Continuing Disclosure Certificate means that certain Continuing Disclosure Certificate executed by the District and dated the date of issuance and delivery of the Bonds, as originally executed and as it may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Program Executing Agency means the entity or entities responsible for the carrying out of the Program as specified in the Loan Agreement.
