National Class Units definition

National Class Units means the National Class limited partnership units of the Partnership. “National Portfolio” means the investment portfolio in respect of the National Class Units.
National Class Units means, collectively, the Series A National Class Units and the Series F National Class Units.
National Class Units means Class A or Class F Units of the Partnership the proceeds of which are invested in the National Portfolio.

Examples of National Class Units in a sentence

  • The National Class Units and the Quebec Class Units are separate non-redeemable investment funds for securities law purposes.

  • The Agents’ fees payable in connection with the sale of National Class Units will be paid by the Partnership from monies made available under the National Portfolio Loan Facility and are not expected by the General Partner to be deductible in computing income of the Partnership pursuant to the Tax Act until the amount borrowed is repaid.

  • There will be no closing of the National Class Units unless a minimum of 100,000 National Class Units are sold, provided that this minimum will be increased to 200,000 National Class Units in the event that the minimum offering for the Québec Class Units is not achieved.

  • The calculations assume that only Class A Units are issued, and that a minimum Offering consists of either all National Class Units, all British Columbia Class Units or all Québec Class Units.

  • As the Provinces or Territories in which CEE will be incurred are unknown for the National Class Units, the provincial income tax credits and additional provincial deductions have been assumed to be nil for the National Class Units.

  • If subscriptions for the applicable minimum number of National Class Units have not been received within 90 days after the issuance of a receipt for the final prospectus or any amendment thereto, the offering of National Class Units by the Partnership will be withdrawn and the subscription price will be refunded to the Subscribers without interest or deduction.

  • In the event that the minimum Offering for the Québec Class Units is not achieved, this minimum will be increased to 200,000 National Class Units.

  • The expenses have been divided pro rata between the National Class Units and the Québec Class Units.

  • In the event that the minimum Offering for the National Class Units is not achieved, the minimum will be increased to 200,000 Québec Class Units.

  • The National Portfolio is intended for investors in any of the Provinces in which the National Class Units are sold.

National Class Units means the Maple Leaf Short Duration 2013-II Flow-Through National Class limited partnership units of the Partnership.
National Class Units means the National CEE FT Class limited partnership units of the Partnership, which are not offered pursuant to this Prospectus. See “The Partnership”.
National Class Units means the NC-A Units and NC-F Units.
