Class F Units definition

Class F Units means Class F currency hedged mutual fund units and/or non-currency hedged mutual fund units of a fund, as applicable.
Class F Units means the class of transferable, redeemable units of the Fund designated as the “Class F Units”.
Class F Units means the transferable, redeemable units of the Fund designated as the “Class F Units” denominated in Canadian dollars.

Examples of Class F Units in a sentence

  • Immediately before liquidation of the Partnership, Class A Units will automatically convert to Class I Units at the Class A Conversion Rate, Class E Units will automatically convert to Class I Units at the Class E Conversion Rate and Class F Units will automatically convert to Class I Units at the Class F Conversion Rate.

  • The General Partner is hereby authorized to cause the Partnership to issue Partnership Units designated as Class A Units, Class E Units, Class F Units, and Class I Units.


More Definitions of Class F Units

Class F Units means the class of transferable, redeemable units of the Fund designated as the “Class F Units” and “Class F Unit” means any one of them.
Class F Units means the trust units of the Fund, designated as “Class F Units”.
