National Employment Standards definition

National Employment Standards means the minimum standards set out in Part 2-2 of the Fair Work Act.

National Employment Standards or NES means Part 2-2 of the Act as amended from time to time.

National Employment Standards means the National Employment Standards detailed in Part 2-2 of the Fair Work Act, as varied from time to time.

Examples of National Employment Standards in a sentence

• Employees under this Agreement shall be entitled to Parental leave and related entitlements in accordance with Division 5 of the National Employment Standards.

• Paid parental leave under this clause does not reduce any other paid leave entitlements under this agreement or under the National Employment Standards (NES).

• Where a term used in this Agreement has a corresponding definition in the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) (the Act), the Fair Work Regulations (Regulations) or the National Employment Standards (NES), the definition in the Act, the Regulations or the NES shall apply.

• The National Employment Standards continue to apply to Principals covered by this Agreement, except where this Agreement provides a more favourable outcome for the Principal in a particular respect.

More Definitions of National Employment Standards

National Employment Standards mean the Part 2-2 of Chapter 2 of the Act.
