National Employment Standards definition

National Employment Standards means the minimum standards set out in Part 2-2 of the Fair Work Act.
National Employment Standards or NES means Part 2-2 of the Act as amended from time to time.
National Employment Standards means the National Employment Standards detailed in Part 2-2 of the Fair Work Act, as varied from time to time.
