National Monitoring and Evaluation Indicators means the agreed monitoring and evaluation indicators set forth in the Project Implementation Manual (as hereinafter defined) to be utilized by the Recipient to measure the progress in the implementation of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(i) of the Project and the degree to which the objective thereof are being achieved.
