National Telematics Framework definition

National Telematics Framework means the use of digital technology and data coordinated by TCA between Authorities, Application Service Providers and Transport Operators to deliver public purpose outcomes.
National Telematics Framework means the digital business platform with infrastructure and rules, intended to ensure an open marketplace of telematics and related intelligent technology providers.

  • TCA administers the National Telematics Framework, including its rules, specifications, agreements, digital infrastructure and other supporting services, and provides trusted evidence-based advice.

  • TCA has agreed to certify the ASP as a provider of Application Services through the National Telematics Framework subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.

  • Mobile food vendor means every corporation, association, joint stock association, person, firm or partnership, their lessees, directors, receivers, trustees, appointees by any court whatsoever, or the heirs, executors, administrators, or personal representatives or assignees of any deceased owner, owning, controlling, operating or managing any mobile food vending unit.

  • Established geographic service area means a geographic area, as approved by the Commissioner and based on the carrier's certificate of authority to transact insurance in this state, within which the carrier is authorized to provide coverage;

  • Custom Calling Features means a set of Telecommunications Service features available to residential and single-line business customers including call-waiting, call-forwarding and three-party calling.

  • International Student means a student holding a student visa for the purpose of obtaining an education in Australia and includes a student on a study abroad or international exchange program;
