In the event of irreconcilable disputes, the Trustees may agree to dissolve the Trustee Council and, if necessary, split funds into a state account to be controlled collectively by the Colorado Natural Resource Trustees and a federal account to be controlled by the Federal Trustee; however, disposition of funds recovered from potentially responsible parties (PRPs) will be governed by Section IX(A) below.
