NCGS definition

NCGS means the National Credit Guarantee Scheme, launched on October 5, 2020, as a counter cyclical policy measure during the COVID-19 situation to stimulate investments through enhanced access to finance by providing Government guarantees to participating banks.
NCGS has the meaning set forth in Section 1.01.

  • Parkland means any publicly owned land which is designated or used as a public park, recreation area, wildlife or waterfowl refuge or historic site.
