Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither the CEO nor the Chair may (i) propose revisions to this Agreement that modify any Consensus Policy then existing, (ii) propose revisions to this Agreement pursuant to this Section 7.7 on or before June 30, 2014, or (iii) propose revisions or submit a Negotiation Notice more than once during any twelve (12) month period beginning on July 1, 2014.
Upon delivery of a Negotiation Notice, each Party shall attempt in good faith to resolve such Dispute by negotiation among their respective senior officers who hold, at a minimum, the title of Executive Vice President and who have authority to settle such Dispute.
