Net Energy Price definition

Net Energy Price means the amount paid by User to Contractor for each kWh of Net Energy and capacity sold by Contractor to User pursuant to this Agreement, as set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto.
Net Energy Price has the meaning set forth on Exhibit C.
Net Energy Price means the amount paid by Buyer to Developer for each kWh of Net Energy and capacity sold by Developer to Buyer pursuant to this Agreement, as set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto.

Examples of Net Energy Price in a sentence

  • In the event that a Production Shortfall exists in any Contract Year, Developer shall owe CVEC a sum equal to the product of: (i) the average applicable all-inclusive rate charged by the Distribution Company in any Contract Year for Energy at the Premises minus the applicable Net Energy Price; and (ii) the Production Shortfall.

  • The payment made by CVEC to Developer shall equal the Net Energy for the relevant period multiplied by the Net Energy Price for such period.

  • CVEC shall pay Developer for the Net Energy, as metered at the Metering Device(s), at the applicable Net Energy Price.

  • Lost revenues in the event that Developer fails to commence Commercial Operation by the Outside Commercial Operation Date shall be the product of: (i) the estimated daily Energy output from the PV System (kWh) for each day the PV System fails to achieve timely Commercial Operation; and (ii) the Net Energy Price for such estimated daily Energy output.

  • In all cases, any adjustments in the Net Energy Price shall be made to the nearest hundredth of a cent.

  • Energy Price has the meaning set forth in Section 4.[1/2](a).

  • Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.

  • Net Energy The total quantity of electric energy (measured in kilowatt hours) produced by the Facility over a given time period and delivered to the Point of Interconnection, as measured by the revenue meter. "Net Energy" the equivalent of "Actual Output."

  • Cash price means the price measured in dollars at which a seller of a motor vehicle would in good faith sell to the buyer or to any other buyer under like circumstances, and the buyer would in good faith buy from the seller, the motor vehicle that is the subject matter of an installment sale contract if the sale were a sale for cash instead of an installment sale.

  • Spot Market Energy means energy bought or sold by Market Participants through the PJM Interchange Energy Market at System Energy Prices determined as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 2, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 2.

  • Net Price means, with respect to the purchase of any Property, without duplication, (i) the aggregate purchase price paid as cash consideration for such purchase (without adjustment for prorations), including, without limitation, the principal amount of any note received or other deferred payment to be made in connection with such purchase (except as described in clause (ii) below) and the value of any non-cash consideration delivered in connection with such purchase (including, without limitation, shares or preferred shares of beneficial interest in General Partner and OP Units or Preferred OP Units (as defined in Borrower’s partnership agreement)) plus (ii) reasonable costs of sale and non-recurring taxes paid or payable in connection with such purchase or sale.
