Network Affiliates definition

Network Affiliates means any third party television station, cable operator, satellite operator or any other third party, in each case, that is party to a Network Affiliation Agreement.
Network Affiliates is defined as any Web based entity on which any percentage of the advertising is sold or resold by You. Each party expressly acknowledges and agrees that the pricing terms set forth above constitute "Confidential Information", as defined in Section 14 (Confidentiality) of the Agreement, and, thus, must be maintained in strict confidence in accordance with the terms of such section. You may disclose such rates to your wholly owned subsidiaries and/or network affiliates for purposes of extending the rates and terms of this Addendum to such entities as permitted under this Section.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties agree that from October 1, 2010 through the earlier of (i) the date that the ACE Solution has been installed with respect to 1,000 total Digital Screens (including Digital Screens operated by the other Founding Members of LLC and Network Affiliates), or (ii) December 31, 2011, LLC may deliver the Advertising Services to Theatres requiring the JPEG 2000 format via disc drives rather than via satellite.

  • The LI and Network Affiliates may be institutions, organizations, or other entities (including physician groups) that conduct clinical research; however, a public or private company operating as a clinical research organization (CRO) is not eligible for funding under this award mechanism.• An entity may only submit 1 application as the LI under this RFA.

  • The Clinical Trials Network Award (CTNA) will be made to Lead Institutions (LIs) to develop and oversee a network of 2 cancer care facilities (Network Affiliates) (Stage 1).

  • Network Affiliates understands and agrees that the Payment in respect of Advertising sold that employs the Database shall be calculated by subtracting from gross revenue a fee for use of the Database, which fee shall be disclosed to Network Affiliate prior to implementation and shall reasonably reflect 24/7's cost of developing and operating the Database.

  • Customer Affiliate means an entity that owns or controls, is owned or controlled by or is or under common control or ownership with Customer, where control is defined as the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an entity, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise;

  • Affiliates means, with respect to the Contractor, any of its corporate affiliates or associates, including parent entities, subsidiaries, and other entities in which it owns a substantial interest.

  • Controlled Affiliates means, with respect to a specified Person, another Person that directly, or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, has Majority Control of or is Majority Controlled by or is under common Majority Control with the Person specified.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) is an Enhanced Service Provider that provides Internet Services, and is defined in paragraph 341 of the FCC’s First Report and Order in CC Docket No. 97-158.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).

  • Network Service Provider means the undertaking appointed by the ECB's Governing Council to provide computerised network connections for the purpose of submitting payment messages in TARGET2,

  • Related Companies means the companies within the meaning of Article L. 225-197-2 of the French Commercial Code or any provision substituted for same.

  • Information Service Provider A provider of Information Service. Information Service Provider includes, but is not limited to, Internet Service Providers (ISPs).

  • Network User means a customer or a potential customer of a transmission system operator, and transmission system operators themselves in so far as it is necessary for them to carry out their functions in relation to transmission;

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates established and/or doing business in the EEA, or United Kingdom;

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Affiliated Persons or "AFFILIATES" means

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.

  • Clients means the Janus Funds and other individual and institutional advisory clients of Janus.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Excluded Affiliates means, collectively, any Affiliates of any of the Lead Arrangers that are engaged as principals primarily in private equity, mezzanine financing or venture capital.

  • Seller Affiliates has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.7.1;

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Outsource means to cause a Service to be provided by a third-party provider which is not an Affiliate of the Provider.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Downstream Affiliate means an entity whose outstanding Voting Shares were, at the date of issuance of the Qualifying Guarantee, more than 50 per cent. owned, directly or indirectly, by the Reference Entity.

  • Internet Services means that part of the Data & Internet Services which is accessible via the public internet. This includes internet access, email facilities, web-page facilities and any other related internet facility or services that we may provide from time to time. This specifically does not refer to wide area networking services that are not accessible via the public internet.

  • Non-Party Affiliates has the meaning set forth in Section 10.15.

  • Broadband service means a retail service capable of transmitting data over an access line at a rate greater than 200 kilobits per second.
