Network Affiliation Agreement definition

Network Affiliation Agreement means a bona fide contractual agreement or arrangement between Licensee and a third party with respect to the right to Broadcast by means of Free Television all or six (6) hours or more per day of any Free Television channel.

Network Affiliation Agreement means any network affiliation agreement to which the Borrower or any Subsidiary is a party.

Network Affiliation Agreement means the Contract(s) entered into by Sellers pursuant to which the Network agrees to serve as a primary source within the designated market area for television programming for the Station.

Network Affiliation Agreement means the agreement between the Network Administrator and a resort or club pursuant to which that resort or club becomes an Affiliated Resort.

Network Affiliation Agreement means, collectively, the affiliation agreements between the Company or any Subsidiary of the Company and any of the Networks, as the case may be, listed in Schedule 1.1(c) as any such agreement may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified as permitted by the terms of this Agreement and including any replacement agreement.
