Network Nebraska definition

Network Nebraska means the network created pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 86-5,100.
Network Nebraska. The Nebraska statewide telecommunications network comprised of over 290 educational entities from K-12 and higher education, public and private, and some public libraries and municipalities. Non-Responsive Proposal: A proposal that does not meet the requirements of the RFP or cannot be evaluated against the other proposals. NRC: Non-recurring charge.   • The Chief Information Officer, in partnership with the University of Nebraska, shall develop and maintain a statewide, multipurpose, high capacity, scalable telecommunications network to be called Network Nebraska.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • AT&T MICHIGAN means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Michigan.

  • Networks the Local Area Network, network equipment, computer systems, and local cable infrastructure, at the Sites, to which the Service will be connected.

  • AT&T MISSISSIPPI means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Mississippi.
