Neutral Space definition

Neutral Space is the communications worker safety zone between the facilities located in the supply space and facilities located in the communications space, as specified by UTILITY's standards or the NESC if not specified in UTILITY's standards.
Neutral Space means that space on a Pole measured from the location of the Neutral to a location forty (40) inches below the Neutral.
