New Arrangement definition

New Arrangement has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6(a).
New Arrangement means a contract or arrangement—

Examples of New Arrangement in a sentence

  • If the Company determines in its reasonable discretion that the New Arrangement is less than the Executive’s prior compensation with the Company, the Company’s obligation to pay Base Salary shall be reduced by the amount of the New Arrangement.

  • If there is any overpayment of Base Salary due to a New Arrangement, the Company will be entitled to recoup any such overpayment from the Executive.

  • However, Frontline, later refused to carry on with the New Arrangement.
