  • If after all selection steps, there are less than 20 Equity Shares selected, the Index Constituents will remain unchanged from the previous quarter and the New Index Constituents will be the same as Old Index Constituents.

  • If such Index Market Disruption Event still exists with respect to such New Index Constituents, discard the respective selected Index Constituent and replace it with the next best ranking Index Component.
