New Institution definition

New Institution means the Eligible Institution to which a Research Activity and its Funding are transferred as agreed by the Administering Institution, that Eligible Institution and NHMRC in accordance with clause 4.19;
New Institution means another institution or body to which Specified Personnel elect(s) to move, provided the Specified Personnel is/are intending to continue with the Award Activity (or part of the Award Activity) at that other institution or body;
New Institution means the Eligible Institution to which a Project and its Funding are transferred as agreed by the Administering Institution, that Eligible Institution and Cancer Australia and Funding Partners (if any) in accordance with clause 4.17;

  • If you do not claim ownership of your deposit(s) at the New Institution within 18 months from the Closing Date, federal law, 12 U.S.C. Section 1822(e), requires the New Institution to return the deposit(s) to the FDIC and the FDIC to deliver the unclaimed deposit(s) as unclaimed property to the state listed in your address in the Failed Institution’s records.

  • Under federal law 12 U.S.C. Section 1822(e) you must claim ownership of your deposit(s) at the New Institution within eighteen (18) months from the Closing Date.

New Institution or “New Postsecondary school” means any postsecondary school
New Institution or "new postsecondary school" means any postsecondary school that seeks certification and has been in operation in Virginia for less than two calendar years as of July 1, 2004, and has neither operated in another state as a postsecondary institution nor has been approved to operate in another state as a postsecondary institution.
