Chief Investigator definition

Chief Investigator means, in respect of a Research Activity that is funded under a Research Support Scheme, each person specified in the Schedule for that Research Activity, or subsequently approved by NHMRC using the NHMRC’s grant management system, as such and includes, without limitation, the Chief Investigator (A) for the Research Activity or the sole Investigator where appropriate;
Chief Investigator means the person who will lead and co-ordinate the work of the Clinical Trial overall where the Clinical Trial is to be carried out at more than one site.
Chief Investigator means the person appointed in accordance with clause 7.1(a). Collaborator means the party to this Agreement identified in item 2 of the Details Schedule. Collaborator Material means the Material made available by the Collaborator for the Project including that which is identified in section 6 of Schedule 3. Commencement Date means the date on which this Agreement commences, as specified in item 4 of the Details Schedule.
