Permanent sign means any structure, display, logo, device or representation which is designed or used to advertise or call attention to any item, business, activity or place and is visible from outside a building that is intended to be in place for a period that is longer than 30 days. Permanent status means the state or condition achieved by an employee in the classified service who has successfully completed an initial probationary period or a probationary period required following reinstatement, or whose probationary period is waived through specific statutory direction.
Permanent structure means a permanent building or permanent structure that is anchored to a permanent foundation with an impermeable floor, and that is completely roofed and walled (new structures require a door or other means of sealing the access way from wind driven rainfall).

Permanent Supportive Housing means voluntary, flexible supports to help individuals with psychiatric disabilities choose, get, and keep housing that is decent, safe, affordable, and integrated into the community. Tenants have access to an array of services that help them keep their housing, such as case management, assistance with daily activities, conflict resolution, and crisis response consistent with evidence-based practice standards published by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
permanent resident means a natural person whose residence in a Party is not limited as to time under its law;
Permanent and Total Disability means any medically determinable physical or mental impairment rendering an individual unable to engage in any substantial gainful activity, which disability can be expected to result in death or which has lasted or can be expected to last for a continuous period of not less than 12 months.
Closing Date Term Loan Commitment means the commitment of each Lender to make Term Loans on the Closing Date hereunder in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed the amount set forth under the heading “Closing Date Term Loan Commitment” opposite its name in Schedule 2.01 hereto. The aggregate amount of the Closing Date Term Loan Commitments as of the Closing Date is $1,150,000,000.
Permanent Position Any position which has required, or which will require the services of an incumbent without interruption, for an indefinite period.
