Permit Holder means the Person to whom a Building Permit has been issued.
Title V operating permit means a permit issued under Chapter 3745-77 of the Administrative Code.
Title V Permit means an operating permit under Title V of the Act.
PAL permit means the construction permit issued by the Department that establishes a Plantwide Applicability Limitation (PAL) for a major stationary source.
Required Consent has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4.
Final permit means the version of a permit issued by the Department that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 14, and for a Class I permit, Chapter 13.
Individual permit means a permit issued to a named permittee under section 22a-430 of the General Statutes.
Non-Permitted Transferee A Person other than a Permitted Transferee.
Borrower Partnership Agreement means the Limited Partnership Agreement of the Borrower dated as of January 17, 2014 as such agreement may be amended, restated, modified or supplemented from time to time with the consent of the Administrative Agent or as permitted under Section 10.10.
work permit means the relevant permit issued by First Gas to the Interconnected Party under First Gas’ current “Permit to Work Procedure” pursuant to section 13.
Liquor Licenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.10.
Required Consents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.
Liquor License means any license, permit, registration, qualification or other approval required to sell, dispense or distribute alcoholic beverages under the Liquor Laws.
Borrower LLC Agreement means the limited liability company agreement of the Borrower, dated on or about the Closing Date, as amended, modified, supplemented, restated or replaced from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Operating Permit means a permit issued pursuant to section 10 of this local law. The term “Operating Permit” shall also include an Operating Permit which is renewed, amended or extended pursuant to any provision of this local law.
Non-Permitted Holder The meaning specified in Section 2.11(b).
Major Subsidiary means any Subsidiary (a) more than 50% of the voting securities of which is owned directly or indirectly by Altria, (b) which is organized and existing under, or has its principal place of business in, the United States or any political subdivision thereof, Canada or any political subdivision thereof, any country which is a member of the European Union on the date hereof (other than Greece, Portugal or Spain) or any political subdivision thereof, or Switzerland, Norway or Australia or any of their respective political subdivisions, and (c) which has at any time total assets (after intercompany eliminations) exceeding $1,000,000,000.
General permit means a Permit which covers multiple dischargers of a point source category within a designated geographical area, in lieu of individual Permits being issued to each discharger.
Lender Consent means any lender consent delivered by a Lender on the Closing Date in the form of Exhibit 4.1(a).
Parent Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Construction permit is defined in Section 4.
Permitted Title Exceptions means those exceptions to title to the Real Property that are satisfactory to the Acquiror as determined pursuant to Section 2.2.
construction work permit means a document issued in terms of regulation 3; "contractor" means an employer who performs construction work;
Budget Holder means the director or employee with delegated authority to manage finances (Income and Expenditure) for a specific area of the organisation.
Transferred Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b).
Proposed permit means the version of an Oregon Title V Operating Permit that DEQ or LRAPA proposes to issue and forwards to the Administrator for review in compliance with OAR 340-218-0230.
