New Project Facilities definition

New Project Facilities means collectively the facilities set out in Schedule H, to be provided by the Concessionaire for implementing the Project in accordance with this Agreement.
New Project Facilities means collectively the facilities set out as New Project Facilities in Schedule B.

Examples of New Project Facilities in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall, in respect of the use of the New Project Facilities, be entitled to charge for, and be paid by, each third party user a fee determined by the Contractor for the Third Party Use made of the New Project Facilities.

  • If the Contractor does not comply with its obligations under Clause 31.1.2, 31.1.3, 31.1.4, 31.1.5, 31.2, 31.3, 31.4 or 31.5 the Authority shall be entitled to request the removal of the person or persons concerned from the New Project Facilities and the Contractor shall remove or procure that such person or persons are removed immediately pending the Contractor taking all steps necessary to remedy such non compliance or breaches of its obligations.

  • Monitoring and reporting to MCD on whether the bidder has complied with the timelines for activities as specified in the Operations Plan in (a) above; Verify and report to MCD whether (i) the New Project Facilities comply with the Design Requirements (ii) Existing Project Facilities comply with the Construction Requirements and (iii) the Project Facilities comply with all Applicable Laws including MSW (M&H) Rules, 2000.

  • Without prejudice to Clause 24.2 (Surveys) or any other provision of this Agreement, in the 18 months prior to the Expiry Date, the Authority shall be entitled to carry out or procure the carrying out of surveys (each a Final Survey) of the New Project Facilities to assess whether they have been and are being maintained by the Contractor in accordance with its obligations under Clause 24.1 (Maintenance) and whether, as at the date of a Final Survey, they meet the Handback Requirements.

  • The Total Agreed Consumption for provision of Utilities to the New Project Facilities shall be calculated as follows and shall be fixed throughout the Services Period subject to any adjustment to the Total Agreed Consumption pursuant to Paragraphs 4.2 and/or 4.3.

  • All insurance proceeds received under any of the Physical Damage Insurance Policies shall be applied to repair, reinstate, and replace each part or parts of the New Project Facilities in respect of which the proceeds were received.

  • During the period of twelve months commencing on the last Service Availability Date to occur (the "Normalisation Period"), the consumption of each of gas, electricity and water at each of the New Project Facilities will be metered by the Contractor.

  • External Cleaning A programme of collection will be implemented by the Contractor to ensure that there is no accumulation of litter within external areas of the New Project Facilities at any time other than in the designated litter collection areas.

  • All operational aspects of the New Project Facilities (e.g. adjustments, general observations, operational safety issues etc.) shall be recorded in the plant log.

  • The procedure for declaring Unavailability of any of the New Project Facilities shall be that set out in Paragraph 10.3.

Related to New Project Facilities

  • Project Facilities means any facilities to be constructed, provided, rehabilitated, operated and/or maintained under the Project;

  • Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Redevelopment project means any work or undertaking

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Additional Facilities has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.9(a).

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Port facilities means those facilities owned by the port authority such as: seawall jetties; piers; wharves; docks; boat landings; marinas; warehouses; storehouses; elevators; grain bins; cold storage plants; terminal icing plants; bunkers; oil tanks; ferries; canals; locks; bridges; tunnels; seaways; conveyors; modern appliances for the economical handling, storage, and transportation of freight and handling of passenger traffic; transfer and terminal facilities required for the efficient operation and development of ports and harbors; other harbor improvements; or improvements, enlargements, remodeling, or extensions of any of these buildings or structures.

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan; and

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.
