New Revolving Credit Agreement definition

New Revolving Credit Agreement means the credit agreement evidencing the New Revolving Facility, which shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Supporting Noteholders.
New Revolving Credit Agreement means a revolving credit agreement dated after the date hereof among the Company and the banks named therein, which replaces or refinances the NationsBank Revolving Credit Agreement, as such credit agreement may be amended, supplemented, extended, restated, replaced or refinanced from time to time.
