New Security Agreement definition

New Security Agreement means the Security Agreement, dated as of the ---------------------- Closing Date, executed by Reorganized Prism in favor of ▇▇▇▇▇▇, substantially in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto, either as --------- originally executed or as it may from time to time on or after the Closing Date be supplemented, modified, amended, restated or extended.
New Security Agreement means such documents as shall be required to secure repayment of the New Senior Secured Credit Facility, in the form attached to the Disclosure Statement as Exhibit L.
