New Security Agreement definition

New Security Agreement means the Security Agreement, dated as of the ---------------------- Closing Date, executed by Reorganized Prism in favor of Xxxxxx, substantially in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto, either as --------- originally executed or as it may from time to time on or after the Closing Date be supplemented, modified, amended, restated or extended.
