  • Any Common Stock distributed to the New Senior Notes Indenture Trustee and not required to be returned to the Reorganized Debtor in accordance with the terms of the immediately preceding sentence shall be distributed by the New Senior Notes Indenture Trustee, on a Pro Rata basis, to the holders of Allowed Class 5 Senior Note Claims.

  • On or before the Distribution Date, or as soon as practicable thereafter, each holder of an instrument evidencing a Claim on account of Senior Notes (a "Certificate") shall surrender such Certificate to the New Senior Notes Indenture Trustee and such Certificate shall be cancelled.
