New York Shares definition

New York Shares means the Shares of the Company that are in registered form on the New York shareholder sub-register maintained by the U.S. Transfer Agent and which are traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
New York Shares means the registered Ordinary Shares of the Company listed for trading on NASDAQ and issued through the New York Transfer Agent.
New York Shares means Common Shares maintained in New York, New York on the register of The Bank of New York, the New York registrar.

New York Shares means the rights represented by the Receipts issued hereunder and the interests in the Deposited Securities provided for in this Deposit Agreement. Each New York Share shall represent such number of Shares as from time to time shall aggregate one pound fifty sterling (£1.50) in nominal amount and any and all other Deposited Securities received by the Depositary or the Agent in respect thereof and at the time held under this Deposit Agreement.
