Newspaper Notice means the notice of this Order to be published in the Designated Newspapers on the Publication Date in accordance with paragraph [3], which shall set out the Claims Bar Date and the Creditors’ Instructions, being substantially in the form of Schedule [""] hereto;

• Newspaper Notice shall indicate the time and place or date of action that is the subject of the notice, describe the property involved in the application by street address and, if required, by legal description, describe the nature, scope and purpose of the application or proposal.

More Definitions of Newspaper Notice

Newspaper Notice means the advertisement to be posted in the local newspaper(s) advising of this Settlement and providing information on how a Class Member can obtain a Notice Packet, in substantially the same form as the Short Form Notice attached hereto as Exhibit A.
