NFT Owner means the current owner of the NFT that has rightfully acquired the NFT from a legitimate source, where proof of such purchase is recorded on the relevant blockchain.

NFT Owner means the current owner of the COLLECTIBLE NFT that has rightfully acquired the COLLECTIBLE NFT from a legitimate source, where proof of such purchase is recorded on the relevant blockchain. If the COLLECTIBLE NFT is owned fractionally by multiple owners, only one entity, who 100% controls the wallet holding the COLLECTIBLE NFT is given the rights under this Agreement. For clarity, any person or entity that only owns a fractional interest in the COLLECTIBLE NFT is not an NFT Owner and is not given any rights to display or use the Work in any way.

NFT Owner means a User owning an NFT. “Parent” means the legal guardian of any minor User. “Purchased NFT” means an NFT owned by a User. “Qualifying Transaction” means a transaction made by NFT Owner to sell her/his NFT on a consumer-to-consumer basis or on any secondary marketplace, where proof of such purchase is recorded on the relevant blockchain. “Royalty” means the amount payable by NFT Owner to Service Provider on each Qualifying Transaction. “User” means any natural person or legal person using the Website with a full legal capacity.

Examples of NFT Owner in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any provision herein, if an NFT Owner acquired the NFT through theft, fraudulent or deceptive means, such NFT Owner shall have no rights to any display or use of the Work in any way and any display or use of the Work shall constitute willful copyright and intellectual property infringement.

  • If NFT Owner breaches any of NFT Owner's obligations under this License, all rights granted to NFT Owner under this License immediately terminate without any requirement of notice.

  • Lot Owner means a declarant or other person who owns a lot, or a lessee of a lot in a leasehold planned community whose lease expires simultaneously with any lease the expiration or termination of which will remove the lot from the planned community, but does not include a person having an interest in a lot solely as security for an obligation.
