Any payments made by NGL hereunder shall be increased to account for SemStream’s ownership in NGL by multiplying the payment due by a fraction the numerator of which shall be the total number of NGL Common Units outstanding and the denominator of which shall be the total number of NGL Common Units outstanding and not owned by SemStream or its Affiliates.
