NHS services definition

NHS services means ophthalmic services, pharmaceutical services, primary dental services or primary medical services (as appropriate to the relevant engaged provider) provided pursuant to Parts 4 to 7 of the Act as part of the health service in Wales;
NHS services means services provided as part of the health service continued under section 1(1) of the Act;

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement.   • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Telecommunications Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Consultancy Services means the Consultancy Services described in Schedule A;

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.
