NMA NASM Site definition
NMA NASM Site means a NASM Plan Area that has been established in accordance with O. Reg. 267/03 under the NMA and complies with Section 8.3 of that regulation.

Cell Site means a transmitter/receiver location, operated by a CMRS provider, through which radio links are established between a wireless system and a Wireless Phone Handset.
Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:
Originating site means a site where a patient is located at the time health care services are provided via telecommunications system or where the asynchronous store and forward service originates.
Marijuana testing facility means a facility licensed under this subtitle to develop, research, or test
Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.
