No Dedication of Facilities. Any undertaking by one Party to the other Party under any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute the dedication of the system or any portion thereof by the Party to the public or to the other Party, and it is understood and agreed that any such undertaking under any provision of this Agreement by a Party shall cease upon the termination of its obligations hereunder.
No Dedication of Facilities. Any undertaking by one Party to the other Party under this Agreement shall not constitute the dedication of the electrical system or any portion thereof of the undertaking Party to the public or to the other Party, and it is understood and agreed that any such undertaking by a Party shall cease upon the termination of its obligations hereunder.

Seller’s undertaking hereunder shall not constitute the dedication of the electric system or any portion thereof of Seller to the public or to the other Party and it is understood and agreed that any undertaking under this Agreement by Seller shall cease upon the termination of Seller's obligations under this Agreement.

No undertaking by one Member to the other Member under any provision of this Omnibus Agreement shall constitute a dedication of the facilities or assets of such Member, or any portion thereof, to the public or to the other Member. Nothing in this Omnibus Agreement shall be construed to give a Member any right of ownership, possession, use or control of the facilities or assets of the other Member.
No Dedication of Facilities. No undertaking by any Planning Party under or pursuant to any provision of this Agreement shall constitute or be deemed to constitute a dedication of all or any portion of such Planning Party’s Transmission System, to any other Party or to the public.
No Dedication of Facilities. The participation of the TP in this Agreement shall not constitute the dedication of its transmission system, or any portion thereof, to the Az ISA or the public, except as provided by applicable law. The provision of any service under this Agreement does not constitute a sale, lease, rental, transfer or other conveyance of an ownership interest in any facilities of any kind to the Az ISA, any of its other participants, stakeholders or the public.
No Dedication of Facilities. No undertaking by PRODUCER or CUSTOMER under any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute the dedication of any portion of NMP-2 to the public, to CUSTOMER, or to any other entity.
No Dedication of Facilities. No undertaking by the Customer or Bonneville under or pursuant to any provision of this Agreement shall constitute or be deemed to constitute a dedication of all or any portion of the FCRTS to the Transmission Customer or to the public.
No Dedication of Facilities. A. No undertaking by a Party County to another Party County under any provision of this Omnibus Agreement shall constitute a dedication of the facilities or assets of such Party County, or any portion thereof, to the public or to the other Party County.
B. Nothing in this Omnibus Agreement shall be construed to give a Party County any right of ownership, possession, use, or control of the facilities or assets of another Party County.
