No Expropriation. No property or asset of the Company or its Subsidiaries (including any Company Mineral Interests) has been taken or expropriated by any Governmental Entity nor has any notice or proceeding in respect thereof been given or commenced nor, to the knowledge of the Company, is there any intent or proposal to give any such notice or to commence any such proceeding.
No Expropriation. No part of the Purchased Assets has been taken or expropriated by any Governmental Authority, nor has any notice or proceeding in respect thereof been received by the Seller or any of its Subsidiaries. Neither the Seller nor any of its Subsidiaries has any knowledge of any intent or proposal to give any such notice or commence any such proceedings.
No Expropriation. No part of the Material Properties, Mining Claims or Governmental Licenses have been taken, revoked, condemned or expropriated by any Governmental Authority nor has any written notice or proceedings in respect thereof been given, or to the knowledge of the Company, been commenced, threatened or is pending, nor does the Company have any knowledge of the intent or proposal to give such notice or commence any such proceedings.
No Expropriation. None of the Assets have been taken or expropriated by any Governmental Authority nor has any notice or proceeding in respect thereof been given or commenced and, to the knowledge of the Vendors’ Representative, there is not any intent or proposal to give any such notice or commence any such proceeding.
No Expropriation. Except as disclosed in Section 3.1(29) of the Company Disclosure Letter, none of the material Company Assets have been taken or expropriated by any Governmental Entity nor, as of the date hereof, has any notice or proceeding in respect thereof been given or commenced or threatened nor, to the knowledge of the Company, is there any intent or proposal to give any such notice or to commence any such proceeding.

No part of the Painting has been taken or expropriated by any federal, state, municipal or other authority, nor has any notice or proceeding in respect thereof been given or commenced, nor is Seller aware of any intent or proposal to give any such notice or commence any such proceedings.

No property or asset of Northgate or any of the Northgate Subsidiaries (including any Northgate Property or Northgate Mineral Rights) has been taken or expropriated by any Governmental Entity nor has any notice or proceeding in respect thereof been given or commenced nor, to the knowledge of Northgate, is there any intent or proposal to give any such notice or to commence any such proceeding.
No Expropriation. No part of the Xxxxxx Property (since the respective dates of the Xxxxxx Option Agreements) and no part of any other properties, mining rights or Permits of the Company or any Subsidiary have been taken, revoked, condemned or expropriated by any Governmental Entity nor has any written notice or proceedings in respect thereof been given or commenced, or to the knowledge of the Company, been threatened or is pending, nor does the Company or any Subsidiary have any knowledge of the intent or proposal to give such notice or commence any such proceedings.
No Expropriation. No property or asset of the Purchaser or any of its Subsidiaries has been taken or expropriated by any Governmental Entity nor, to the knowledge of the Purchaser, has any Governmental Entity given notice of or commenced any proceeding to take or expropriate any such property or asset.

No part of the Mineral Properties has been taken, revoked, condemned, or expropriated by any Governmental Entity nor has any written notice or proceedings in respect thereof been given, or to the knowledge of the Company, been commenced, threatened, or is pending, nor does the Company have any knowledge of the intent or proposal to give such notice or commence any such proceedings.
