Knowledge of the Purchaser definition

Knowledge of the Purchaser means the actual knowledge of the Purchaser after due inquiry.

More Definitions of Knowledge of the Purchaser

Knowledge of the Purchaser means the actual knowledge of Xxxx Xxxxxxx, without further enquiry and without personal liability on the part of such person.

Knowledge of the Purchaser means the actual knowledge, after reasonable inquiry, of the officers and employees of the Purchaser listed on Schedule 9.01(b).

Knowledge of the Purchaser or “Purchaser’s Knowledge” means the actual knowledge of those executive officers of the Purchaser responsible for overseeing the function of the Purchaser’s business that is the subject of such representation or warranty.

Knowledge of the Purchaser means the actual knowledge, after reasonable inquiry, of one or more of Hxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx and Dxxxx X. Xxxxxx.
