Nokia Shares. Ordinary shares issued by Nokia and the American depository shares issued by Nokia. “Option Underlying SharesCompany Shares that have been or will be delivered by the Company to the Beneficiary in connection with his/her Stock Options.
Nokia Shares means ordinary shares, no par value, of Nokia.
Nokia Shares. Ordinary shares issued by Nokia and the American depository shares issued by Nokia. “Notification Letter” Notification letter sent by the Company to the Beneficiary in respect of the grant of the 2015 Performance Shares plan.

  • For the calculation of any adjustment factor as described above, the value of the Company Shares or Nokia Shares at a specific date shall be equal to the weighted average of trading prices during the three trading days preceding such date.

  • Nokia shall take all action reasonably necessary or appropriate to have available for issuance or transfer a sufficient number Nokia Shares for delivery upon settlement of the Performance Share Units and the Restricted Share Units.

  • To accomplish these objectives Nokia may grant eligible Nokia Group employees Nokia Shares under this Plan.

Related to Nokia Shares

  • A Shares means shares issued by companies incorporated in the PRC and listed on the SSE or the SZSE, traded in RMB and available for investment by domestic investors through Stock Connect.

  • H Shares means the overseas-listed foreign invested shares in the share capital of the Company with a nominal value of RMB1.00 each, which are subscribed for and traded in Hong Kong Dollars;

  • Company Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Company;

  • Parent Shares means the shares of common stock, par value $1.00 per share, of Parent.

  • Amalco Shares means the common shares in the capital of Amalco;

  • Equity Shares shall have the meaning attributed to such term in the recitals of this Agreement.

  • Subco Shares means the common shares in the capital of Subco;

  • Common Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Corporation;

  • Unit Shares means the Common Shares comprising part of the Units;

  • New Shares means ordinary or common shares, whether of the entity or person (other than the Share Issuer) involved in the Merger Event or a third party, that are, or that as of the Merger Date are promptly scheduled to be, (i) publicly quoted, traded or listed on an exchange or quotation system located in the same country as the Exchange (or, where the Exchange is within the European Union, in any member of state of the European Union) or on another exchange acceptable to the Issuer and (ii) not subject to any currency exchange controls, trading restrictions or other trading limitations.

  • Dividend Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable in payment of dividends payable on the Preferred Shares in accordance with the terms of the Certificate of Designation.
